How does the club work?

  • How can I adjust my payment and shipping information?

    Once you have created your member’s portal page you can edit and adjust information. Shipping and payment information can only be adjusted prior to the order being dispatched.

  • What payment types are accepted by Refined Wine Club?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners).

  • What are the post and packaging fees?

    In the UK the cost is £7.99. Different fees apply to countries outside of the UK.

  • Can I be a member of two Refined Wine Clubs?

    Yes, you can.

  • Can I modify the wines included in a shipment?

    No, we send you a selection of quality wines so you can explore and enhance your experience.

  • How long will it take to receive my wine?

    Wines are being dispatched once every 3 months (March / June / September / December). Depend on your delivery location you will receive a tracking number which will specify the estimated time of arrival.

  • Where can we ship?

    We ship in the UK and Europe excluding Switzerland

  • Will I receive a tracking notification?

    Yes, we will send you the tracking number once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been created by the courier service provider.

  • What are the Refined Wine Club return and exchange policy?

    You can return the items to Refined Wine Club if they are closed and unused up to 14 days from the day of delivery. However, you will have to endure the shipment cost.

  • What is The Refined Wine Club cancellation policy and how do I cancel my membership?

    Your membership is a pay as you go and you can cancel at any time.

  • Can I get the same order twice?

    Yes, you can have the same order twice as long as you purchase the same package twice.
